THE TERRACES at Avery Heights
The Terraces
enhances the seamlessness of Avery's Continuum of Care by providing
Assisted Living services, twenty-four hours a day, to residents who
live in this newest neighborhood at THE HEIGHTS. In addition to the
standard package of
services and amenities offered to the residents of THE HEIGHTS, The Terraces
offers an enhanced package of nursing and personal care services that
includes:
- One monthly R.N. Wellness visit;
- Up to two hours per day of assistance with bathing,
grooming, dressing
and toileting, as required;
- Assistance with up to two loads of personal laundry
per week and light
housekeeping, as required;
- Assistance with preparing light meals and snacks;
- Companionship and support as appropriate;
- Twenty-four hour a day supervision and comfort checks
by trained staff;
- Medication Reminders
